An example of the signup process could be a customer accessing your lawn mowing business profile on Yellow Pages, they click a website link to make a booking which redirects the user to our site.
At this point the customer would enter their name, address to be serviced, any additional details and finally they would pick a date for the service. The customer would then submit these details, which would send you an email about the request.
You would click on the email to log in and view the customer request and accept the details. An email would then be sent to the customer confirming their request and service time.
